Quality Assurance (QA) Manager (Urgent)
Location: ทุ่งครุ Bangkok
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Strategy & Planning
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive QA strategies tailored to garment manufacturing.
• Establish quality standards, metrics, and best practices to ensure product excellence.
• Drive a culture of quality across all departments, from design to production.
Production Quality Management
• Oversee inspections at all stages of production to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for any quality deviations.
• Ensure timely resolution of product issues to maintain production efficiency.
Supplier Quality Management
• Define and communicate quality requirements to suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Conduct regular supplier audits to assess compliance and improve supply chain quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement & Risk Mitigation
• Identify areas for process optimization within manufacturing and QA workflows.
• Implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
• Proactively identify and mitigate quality-related risks in production and supply chains.
Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team expertise in the latest QA methodologies.
• Set clear performance goals and regularly review team performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality standards from product development through final delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact for quality-related matters across the organization.
Automation & Technology Integration
• Explore and implement automation solutions to streamline testing and inspection processes.
• Stay updated on the latest QA technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare detailed reports on QA performance, production quality metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and internal quality policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance within the garment or manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of textile and garment quality control processes and standards.
• Experience managing supplier quality and conducting audits.
• Familiarity with garment OEM workflows and production environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
