Sales Executive (MS365)

- Provide consultation and guidance to customers on how to use Microsoft 365 products.
- Identify business opportunities and develop sales through acquiring new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to increase product adoption and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth product installation and support for customers.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to the products.
- Stay updated on Microsoft product information, services, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers and develop sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in selling Microsoft products or other related software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to negotiate, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle both general and urgent issues effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written)
- Experience in IT sales or software solutions will be considered an advantage.
