• Develop and implement internal communication plans to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
• Partner with external organizations and stakeholders to strengthen community relationships.
• Develop strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective outputs
• 5-7 years experience in Corporate Communication : CSR , Internal Communication , Employee Engagement
• Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Understanding of branding and brand communication
• Highly organized, creative, proactive, dynamic and be a team player with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work well under deadline pressure, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
