Duties and Responsibilities
1.Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents, including but not limited to Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Joint Venture (JV) Agreements, Construction Contracts, and other agreements in both Thai and English.
2.Provide legal advice, guidance, and support to all departments on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
3.Handle litigation matters, particularly labor law disputes, consumer case division, and other real estate-related cases, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.
4.Implement and oversee legal compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
5.Coordinate and represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and disputes related to real estate, labor law, and business operations.
6.Manage and oversee corporate legal processes, including business permits/licenses, regulatory filings, and liaising with relevant government authorities for registration and compliance matters.
7.Monitor and research updates on laws, regulations, and legal trends related to real estate, labor law, and consumer protection, providing strategic recommendations.
8.Prepare and present legal reports and recommendations to management, offering proactive legal risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
9.Provide training and legal education to internal stakeholders to ensure awareness and compliance with relevant laws and policies.
10.Perform other duties as assigned by the Director/CEO to support the company’s legal functions and business objectives.
