- Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee international purchasing operations, ensuring seamless coordination with global suppliers.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement aligns with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and risk factors to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Age 35+ years old with a minimum of 7 years of procurement experience.
- Strong background in international purchasing, supplier management, and import regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (ERP, SAP, or similar tools).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Experience in managing a procurement team and working with cross-functional teams.
