1.Define technology roadmap/strategy /based on direction and distribute to Software Development Team

2.Plan and Manage the Software Development Team

3.Mentor and Develop the Software Development Team

4.Analyst root cause for complex problems and define multiple solutions.

5.Perform code reviews and propose enhancement, including code refactoring to restructure existing code for better code quality.

4. Have experience at least 7 years about Software Development.

5.Proficient in Node.js programming.

6.Full Stack Developer with expertise in all step of software development.

7.Excellence understanding of programming concepts.

8.Good knowledge of RESTful APIs.

9.Good understanding of database design.

10. Ability to learn new technologies.

11. Familiarity with version control systems.

12.Experience with Agile development methodologies.

13.Knowledge of web application testing.

14.Excellent teamwork & Interpersonal skill.

15.Strong analytical & problem-solving.
