- Supporting Quality Management in terms of customer handling (requirements, complaints and improvements).
- Contact and coordinate with external customer and motivate internal to improve quality from customer's quality criteria or standard.
- Support Team for take the Corrective Action and analysis problem
- Support investigation customer claim part and warranty claim and summarize the report.
- Support Follow up all activities and document support 8D report.
- Support All Customer Activities
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields.
-At 1-3 years up of work experience in Customer claim field.
-Good command of Microsoft Office.
-TOEIC score 400
-Have a well coordination and interpersonal skills for both internal and external department.
