We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our chemical manufacturing facility. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining a safe working environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards applicable to chemical manufacturing.
