Import Documentation and Compliance:

• Manage the delivery of imported goods to their final destination, whether to warehouses, distribution centers, or stores.
Communication and Coordination:
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, warehouse) and external vendors to ensure efficient import operations.
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and carriers to resolve issues or discrepancies with shipments.
• Provide updates to management on shipment status, import timelines, and any potential issues.
Customs and Tariff Management:
• Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations, customs duties, tariffs, and taxes.
• Ensure that all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated, paid, and documented correctly.
• Work with customs brokers to clear goods through customs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Reporting and Documentation:
