JOB SUMMARY:
- Organize company communication and employee activities & CSR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and design communications information, channels and activities.
- Oversee and organize the company's communication channels to improve internal communication, including media for TV programs, touchscreens, employee meetings, and more. This role involves coordinating communication activities across all departments.
- Ensure that the company's objectives and management messages are effectively communicated to employees through various channels, programs, and activities.
- Review all internal communication practices and make necessary adjustments to enhance execution and effectiveness.
- Jointly responsible for the Employee Activity and Corporate Social Responsibility Program.
- Other assignments as required.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Skill Required:
- Multi-tasking ability, effective self-management skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
- A pleasant personality, is proactive, demonstrates high creativity and strong team collaboration skills.
- A good team player, self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is willing to work hard.
- Ability to communicate in English will be advantageous.
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR functions, Internal Communication or Employee Relations is advantageous.
- Knowledge and skilled in PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Video and poster design experience.
