Training Operations

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting the manufacturing functions on training and certification for new Operator, EO, QA and Technician. This includes the implementation and maintenance of training and certification system according to relevant documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To provide all trainings and certification for Operator, EO, QA and Technician as mentioned in the In-process Training Instruction.
• To follow up and improve operators’ skill to make sure that they have achieved acceptance criteria required in the procedure.
• To ensure that training materials including samples are up-to-date and official prior to use.
• To update and maintain training and certification record for each Operator.
• To observe and monitor that certified Operators strictly follow instructions.
• To perform other jobs assigned by Training Supervisor.

• High Vocational Certificate or higher in any field.

Skill Required:                  

• Able to develop media for operating operations and figure of VMI defect
• Able to coach Trainer for any process change and VMI change
• Has been certified for 70% of total mass products and 2 NPI products
• Able to coach Trainer for any process change and VMI change
• Able to develop media for operating operations and figure of VMI defect
• Basic knowledge: Basic Error, MMS, use of Microscope and Basic Hard Disk Drive
• Able to investigate cause of defect.

Experience: 3 years minimum.
