- Responsible for Operations (Store Expansion / Opening / Performance Control / Store Audit) and ensuring sales targets are met in accordance with the business case for each store.
- Analyze sales performance and collaborate with internal teams and Apple Thailand to create operational plans.
- Develop promotional plans to boost sales
- Manage the sales staff at Advice iStore (Fulfillment / Development and Evaluation).
- Oversee Store Audit and Store Development for Advice iStore.
- Manage Commission Scheme and Sales Motivation programs.
- Analyze sales data and create weekly action plans to meet goals.
- Monitor manpower planning and staffing levels.
- Meet with Apple Thailand to review sales performance.
- Track and analyze sales performance across stores and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Ensure store readiness for audits and prepare staff for store operations.
- Focus on sales performance and drive efforts to meet sales goals.
- Review individual sales staff performance in phases to identify issues and provide actionable insights related to sales.
- Liaise with relevant departments for cross-functional support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail management, operations, or sales leadership, preferably with a focus on Apple products or technology retail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Experience in managing and developing sales teams, including performance evaluation and staff development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of store operations, audits, and inventory management.
- Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
