Bell Man & Driver (Based at Eastin Resort Rayong)

1. Send and pick-up guests’ luggage and belongings

2. Deliver newspapers and messages to guestrooms

3. Load and unload cars on arrival and departure of guests

4. Ensure that the transportation and in-car printing materials are clean and correct

5. Ensure that guests’ expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly

6. Check the lobby & working area

7. Supervise traffic and parking vehicles around main entrance and driveway

8. To maintain accurate hotel and records of all luggage left in his/her care

9. Check the hotel vehicles to make sure that they are clean and in good working order

10. Answer guest enquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information

11. Handle customer complaints if possible or reports them to supervisors
