Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and update core training materials to improve the participant experience.
- Develop & Design new training programs and annual training calendars aligned with regional and property needs.
- Lead onboarding programs to introduce new hires to the brand and property.
- Analyze guest satisfaction data to identify training opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions for pre-opening and operational properties, both in-person and online.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the 15-minute training program across all properties.
- Collaborate with property trainers to assess needs and develop tailored training plans.
- Measure training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Manage external training vendors and recommend updates to the approved vendor list.
Job Profile and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality & Service industry.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Fluency in spoken and written English language.
- Highly organized and exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans, and people development.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
