ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) หรือ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Oversee the daily operations of the purchasing department to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Manage the purchasing of goods and materials based on internal department requirements and orders.

Source and evaluate new suppliers to reduce costs and improve purchasing efficiency.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.

Review and validate purchase orders, track delivery status, and coordinate with relevant departments.

Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to the department’s spending limits.

Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to prevent shortages.

Provide guidance and training to the purchasing team to improve work efficiency.

Resolve issues or complaints from suppliers or internal departments promptly.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and timely deliveries.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems is a plus.

High level of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
