1.Communicate with car park security to ensure all customers arriving are shuttled promptly to the club
2.Ensure you have and use the BD checklist and standard equipment at all times
3.Ensure the shuttle carts are always clean and ready for guests transportation
4.Remove golf bags from guests cars carefully so as not to damage the car or the golf bag
5.Check guests tee time booking and mark on daily tee time sheet
6.Enquire if the guest requires a golf cart and if yes, process golf cart
7.Pass guests their caddie coupon and explain to the guests that the caddie will - MEET YOU AT THE STARTING AREA-
8.Place the corresponding bag tag on the golfers golf bag
9.Show customers where to park car and explain shuttle will bring him back to the club
10.Ensure the bag drop area is clean and tidy at all times
11.Smiling, speaking and maintaining eye contact through every guest encounter
