Archetype Thailand is a leading Construction Consultancy Service specializing in Real Estate Project Management, Multipurpose Buildings, Public Infrastructure (Education & Healthcare), and Large-Scale Industrial Projects. Our Consultant Engineers oversee and manage contractors to ensure quality and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Civil & Structural (C&S) works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Review project documents, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and As-Built Drawings.
Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, reporting deviations to the line manager.
Oversee construction progress, maintaining accurate site records and assisting in QA/QC documentation.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance, reporting violations to the line manager.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Support project commissioning procedures and technical documentation.

คุณสมบัติ

Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of construction site experience, preferably in luxury residential or large-scale projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and preferably Navisworks or BIM software.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction methods, and project specifications.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills (written & spoken) – able to work with a foreign manager.
Team player who can adapt to the dynamic nature of site work.
Location: Phuket – Luxury Residential Development Project
Working Days: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 - 17:00
Employment Type: Fixed-term or Full-time
