• Coordinate and communicate with domestic and international suppliers, managing trade documents such as purchase orders, shipping documents, and freight cost calculations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to ensure procurement activities align with project plans and timelines.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate procurement performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Oversee procurement and import/export operations to ensure smooth sourcing and delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure all import/export processes comply with laws and customs regulations, including liaising with external agencies such as customs authorities and logistics service providers.
Skills & Knowledge:
• Valid driving license.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Soft Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SAP, or other relevant software.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Must be a team player with a self-motivated and proactive work style.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or import/export operations.
• Experience in procurement or import/export within engineering, energy production, or construction industries is an advantage.
• Good command of English
