General Responsibilities:
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and represent them in the field.
• Address and resolve project challenges, ensuring all policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Skills & Knowledge:
• Valid driving license.
• Familiarity with engineering rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Ability to work on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• A proactive attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Proven experience in project engineering with a track record of successful project execution.
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• Engineering license is required.
• Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in Project Planning, particularly in electrical systems or fuel systems in buildings, data centers, or oil & gas projects.
• Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).
• Must be a team player with a self-motivated and driven working style.
