Assistant Manager, Account Management (Heavy Engine)
DKSH (Thailand) Limited- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with assigned key accounts by understanding their business model and purchasing process.
- Identify customer needs and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Promote and demonstrate the value of the company's products and solutions to customers.
- Negotiate and implement contracts, manage customer inquiries, and handle escalations related to accounts receivable and payment terms.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication between customers and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business performance.
- Implement strategies to improve customer relationships and increase account value.
- Work with internal teams to align inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Technical, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education or experience in mechanical and automotive.
- Significant experience in account management, customer relationship management, and sales.
- Experience in contract negotiation and government account management is preferred.
