Marketing Manager

Location : Sukhumvit 62 (BTS Bangchak)

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
• Plan and manage marketing activities to maximize the performance of current product portfolio.
• Plan, manage, and monitor the marketing department's budget to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve individual and departmental objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis, track industry trends, and gather customer insights to guide product development and refine marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, launch plans, and promotional activities, to ensure successful product introduction and market adoption.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing performance to the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA would be an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
• Understanding of the generic pharmaceutical market.
• Proficiency in marketing tools
