Job purpose
Planning and developing a Waste to Energy project in potential areas according to the specified business plan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop WtE (Waste to Energy) projects and other renewable energy (RE) businesses under the Ministry of Interior's regulations, following the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) and BOO (Build-Own-Operate) investment models.
- Responsible for analyzing the WtE market in Thailand, including the social and technical conditions of project development.
- Coordinate and hold meetings with local agencies, EPC contractors, and consultants to gather necessary information for project execution.
- Support the operational plan according to the scope of work and tender documentation requirements.
- Prepare information and documents to proceed with the project bidding process.
- Prepare project tender documentation.
- Support cost data and operational costs for evaluating the feasibility and due diligence of WtE projects.
- Support legal contract work, including assisting with project permits and environmental reports as required by law.
- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- To have more than experience 1 year in site project management/construction projects for building such as a power plants, a factory, Waste incineration plant, Biomass and an oil refinery.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Communicate fluent in English and Chinese.
