- ติดตั้ง กำหนดค่า และอัปเดตแอปพลิเคชันซอฟต์แวร์ และฮาร์ดแวร์ต่างๆ ที่องค์กรจัดหาไว้รองรับการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือแนะนำการใช้งาน แอปพลิเคชันซอฟต์แวร์ ระบบงานต่างๆ ที่องค์กรจัดหาไว้เพื่อรองรับการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน ทั้งผ่านทางโทรศัพท์และการ Remote
- วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ ทั้งเดสก์ท็อป แล็ปท็อป เครื่องพิมพ์ และอุปกรณ์ไอทีอื่นๆ
- ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่าย รวมถึงการกำหนดค่า LAN, WAN และ VPN ในสาขาและสำนักงานใหญ่
- อายุ 23-35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ ,IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสนับสนุนระบบสารสนเทศ (IT Support) อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
