- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Advising on legal and regulatory compliance matters across the organisation.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the legal team.
- Relevant legal degree and professional qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar in-house legal role or at a reputable law firm
- Strong understanding of commercial law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Thai
