HR Culture & Engagement Executive

• Implement I-CARE Corporate culture and core values embedded with all employees
• Plan, initiate and execute employee engagement activities and events to build better well-being and engagement
• Help manager develop contents, build internal communication plans to targeted employees
• Study the new trends for employee engagement and introduce to team

Working day: Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Location: Sirinrat Tower Nearest Mrt Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1-3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Training, or Engagement
• Able to use Canva, Digital Design (video clips) and content creation
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and high service mind
• Sharp and clear communication skills with problem-solving mindset
