Site Assurance (Oil & Gas Company)

- Assurance site to ensure that stations adhere to operational, safety, marketing, and contractual standards
- Site visits, compliance checks, and reporting to maintain operational excellence and mitigate risks.
- Document support
- Basic report
- Visit site by target
- Handling complaints to mitigate risk
- Assess and recommend process improvement on-site
- Analyze data and able to point out key highlight or significant change
- Good communication and effective collaboration
- Reporting for planning and improvement
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a personal vehicle.
- Willing to travel to other provinces for at least 3 weeks per month. (report at Head Office 1 week/month)
- Work 6 days/week; Mon-Sat (2 Sat/month)
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills.
- 3-5 years of work experience.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Negotiation skills.
- Responsible with strong time management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
- Relevant experience in areas such as quality inspection, operations, or sales.
- General English communication skills and ability to write reports in English.
- Ability to analyze data and assess on-site situations to provide immediate solutions.
- Observant with strong questioning skills.
Remark
This is an open ended contract with Manpower with benefits.
Travel allowance will be provided as required.
