1. Compliance Monitoring and Documentation:
Assist in ensuring product compliance with regulatory standards, including REACH, RoHS, FSC, and ISO certifications.
Maintain compliance records, prepare for audits, and update internal teams on regulatory changes.
Review and manage documentation related to the Restricted Substances List (RSL) and other compliance requirements.
2. Carbon Footprint Management and Reduction:
Support carbon footprint assessments, including life cycle assessments (LCA) for products and production processes.
Track and analyze carbon emission data to help develop and implement reduction strategies across the supply chain.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure transparency and adherence to environmental impact standards.
3. Sustainability Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and contribute to sustainability and carbon footprint reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor sustainability KPIs, generate insights, and track progress toward corporate carbon reduction targets.
Assist the Manager in aligning reporting with corporate ESG objectives and communicating results to clients and auditors.
4. Team Coordination and Training:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and procurement, to implement compliance and carbon reduction protocols.
Conduct training sessions for internal staff on compliance and sustainability best practices.
Support the Manager in fostering a culture of sustainability within the team and across the organization.
5. Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:
Identify areas for improvement in compliance and sustainability processes and assist in implementing best practices.
Conduct risk assessments, identify non-compliance issues, and work with the team to develop corrective actions.
6. Stakeholder Relations:
Act as a secondary contact for regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and clients regarding compliance and sustainability issues.
Engage with suppliers to monitor compliance and promote adherence to the company’s carbon reduction goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemical, Sustainability, Compliance, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in product compliance, environmental management, or sustainability; experience in carbon footprint assessment (CFP) is an advantage.
- Skills: Knowledge of compliance standards (REACH, RoHS, ISO 14001, FSC), carbon footprint tools
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sustainability software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both Thai & English
