Responsibilities: Art Di

- Develop and execute creative concepts, designs, and campaigns that align with our brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to understand business goals and translate them into visually stunning and effective designs.

- Lead the development of visual guidelines, ensuring consistent application of our brand across all channels and touchpoints.

- Oversee the creation of graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements for various marketing materials such as packaging, advertising campaigns, digital assets, and social media content.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of design projects.

- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain consistent quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding visual assets, copyrights, and trademarks.

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing your artistic skills and creative projects is essential.

- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably within the beauty industry.

Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of current digital and social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations.

Knowledge of stock exchange operations and regulations would be a plus, but not mandatory.
