Corporate Lawyer will ;
• Handle Company Establishment and Support clients with professional consultancy on BOI or related activities and applications.
• Prepare applications for corporate registration & all types of DBD applications, foreign business applications,
investment promotion applications.
• Coordinate with / or conduct the full spectrum of negotiations between Thai authorities and clients.
• Support affiliated advisory companies on contract draft and contractual negotiations.
• Draft or review/revise business agreements and other legal documents.
• Drafting and reviewing various business contracts both in Thai and English.
• Manage junior & team members to comply with timeline and work quality requirement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a reputable university.
- A Thai Lawyer License is a must.
- Thai Bar is preferred but not mandatory
- At least 5+ years experience delivering corporate legal services, including company due diligence, company registration, FBL and BOI applications, amendment of company details, and obtention of licenses
- Ability to handle complex legal matters independently
