Job Responsibilities

As an Associate Lawyer (AR) at DTL Law, you will:

✅ Provide legal consultation and opinions to clients on investment promotion,

commercial law, labor law, licensing, and other regulatory matters.

✅ Assist clients in legal compliance, contract drafting, and negotiations.

✅ Conduct legal training sessions for clients and internal teams.

✅ Stay up-to-date with legal developments and advise clients on risk mitigation strategies.

✅ Coordinate with government agencies and relevant authorities when required.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) from a recognized university.

✔ Licensed Thai lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.

✔ Experience in BOI (Board of Investment), labor law, and business licensing is an advantage.

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide clear legal guidance.

✔ Excellent communication and client management skills.

✔ Proficiency in Thai and English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
