Executive Secretary (Chinese Speaking)

- Provide administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.

- Provide secretarial support and coordinate with all departments 

- Supporting all services and facilities for the team

- Coordinate with Chinese and Other parties

- To be responsible for general office administration

- Act as Translator or Interpreter to translate documents (Chinese-English), draft letters, announcement, etc.

- Managing all BOI related processes e.g. visa and work permit applications for non-Thai employees

- Welcome new graduates.

- Age 22-35 years.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative, Chinese or related field. 

- Chinese language level HSK5 or higher.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and Business English is a must.

- Good coordinator with strong organizing, interpersonal and communication skills.

- Mature, proactive, and service-mind.

- Have a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Work Location: FYI Center Building, Klongtoey, Bangkok ( MRT: Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Exit 1)
