- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration with a concentration in Technology and Operations Management, Business Computer, or other related fields. Knowledge of programming.
- 1 year of work experience as a Sales Coordinator, purchasing, production planning
- Conversational high in English (To communicate with client, document, and E-mail)
- Skills in computer/digital (Advanced Excel, Tableau , Visual Basic, Microsoft Power Platform, various programming codes such as Python) and knowledge in algorithms related to Optimization/AI
- Enjoy learning new things, continuously Self-improving, and willing to learn various Computer programs.
- Interested in Analytical and problem-solving work.
- Detail-Oriented, careful, patient, and attentive to small details.
- Highly responsible to achieve goals / adaptable to change (working under pressure conditions)
- Enjoys teamwork, and respects others including supervisors, subordinates, and related departments.
