- Check the status of accounts receivable
- Take care of payments
- Input accounting Data into the system
- General admin tasks at the office.
- Handle mailing services and office messenger.
- Other related tasks as assigned

- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any Accountant, Finance o related field
- Have experience in Accounting or Admin 1 year or more
- Conversational middle of English, used for all documents and Communicate with Japanese Management some times
- knowledge of MS. office, especially Excel
- Able to commute to the company easily
- Good attention in detail and active.

- knowledge of the Express program
- Handle overall administrative tasks for external customers.
