• Oversee the quality inspection and approval of products and processes from suppliers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish and review inspection standards for raw materials and finished goods.
• Be able to make decisions in the production process, identifying whether issues arise from the supplier or internal processes.
• Control waste generated by suppliers to meet company standards.
• Manage Supplier Improvement activities.
• Prepare documentation for non-compliant products and follow up on corrective actions with the supplier.
• Develop an annual Supplier Audit plan, inspect, and monitor results.
• Evaluate the quality control processes of new suppliers for registration in cooperation with the purchasing department.
• Plan for the calibration of external measuring instruments.
• Maintain a register of instruments, carry out external calibration, and record the results.
• Oversee testing of new products before actual production begins.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance reports.
• Plan for the procurement of measuring instruments.
• Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field GPA 2.80 (Preferable : Metallurgical engineering)
• At least 1 year about QC, QA, Quality Engineer in any manufacturing industry (Related to steel or metal.)
• Working experience with steel or metal (process machining, die casting)
• Able to use measuring tool e.g. dial gauges, micrometers, Calipers.
• Have working experience of working with supplier
• Have working experience of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, QC 7 Tools, Control plan, QC Chart, Flow, FMEA, MSA, SPC
• Daily conversation level of English (Report to Japanese Manager & Interview in English)
