- Analyze competitor data and a market overview of the character business, including Market research, to find information for planning and designing strategies.
- Set specific Marketing goals that align with the overall Direction and business goals and Create the strategy including medium-term and annual-term Plans that effectively Serve the business
- Create marketing campaigns to reach the target audience. The main objective is to increase conversion rate sales.
- Create advertising campaigns to communicate with customers on social media channels (Facebook, IG, TikTok).
- Monitor and Analyze useful insight about website traffic in part that is related.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to detect issues before they impact users.
- Update weekly & monthly reports to business to customer department.
- Other assignment by direct manager.

- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years experience in online marketing or digital marketing
- Have knowledge and understanding of online media advertising in Facebook/ Google /YouTube/TikTok
- Have working experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) / SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / User Experience
- Conversational Middle in English (for communicating internally)
- Computer skills, especially Google Docs, Mac OS, and Microsoft office

- Additional education or Experience may Be preferred.
- Having Experience in character business will Be an advantage.
