Sales Manager
บริษัท สปริงคิทเช่น จำกัดPosition Holder is the privileged contact point between Sales and all other Support Department (Production Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance)
• Receive PO from Sales and Communicate with concerns internal departments (Planning, Logistics)
• Check if Sales Contract in accordance with PO.
• Support Sales with ensuring Customer details are right on ERP /Shipping and other documents.
• Weekly review of Production / Shipping plan and advise Sales if any delay from agreed contract.
• Support Sales with all After Sales Concerns (Production Plan, Documents status, Payments Status)
• Weekly update of Sales Forecast from received PO.
• Support Sales with Customers outstanding issues or questions, liaising with Internal departments.
• Manage and File Commercial documents.
• Update Sales report from ERP system.
• Customer visits internal Co-ordination
• Follow up any admin matter as requested by sales if required.
Support the Senior Sales Manager for Domestic Accounts by :
• Manage the customers day to day communication and minor issues if any.
• Support/lead Customer visits and business reviews.
• Liaise with Senior Sales Manager, SK NPD team and customer on new product development tasks.
