Job Purpose:
Lead and manage the collections operations and litigation team to minimize the company’s financial losses. This includes developing strategies to improve collection rates, managing litigation processes, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating with other departments to optimize the collection process.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage operation support and litigation team
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve debt recovery rates and enhance efficiency of litigation process
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection and litigation
• Continuously evaluate and improve collections and litigation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitoring Delinquency: Track and report on delinquency rates, identifying trends and potential risk areas
• Analyze the efficiency of the collections process, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Gather, define, and analyze relevant data to support related parties
• Prepare regular reports and detailed analysis to inform management decisions
