หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Prepare documents including delivery notes/tax invoices

- Take care of billing and receiving cheque for the company.

- Prepare stocks / check stocks / and prepare reports for the head office.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the work is successful and smooth.

- Take care of the office in Rayong To be in order.

- Other tasks as assigned.

- Based at the office in Bangkok Working day : Monday - Friday from 8.00 - 17.00

คุณสมบัติ

- Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's degree in any field, all genders.

- Age not more than 40 years.

- Can use Chinese at a fair to moderate level.

- Able to use Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel very well.

- Have good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Manage document work well, neatly, correctly, and completely.
