หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Provide product information and ensure product knowledge is up-to-date.

2. Handle order processing, inquiries, and shipment coordination.

3. Perform administrative duties for the Export Sales Department, maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.

4. Coordinate with other departments, including designers and CAD specialists, while working closely with the production team.

5. Manage various tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the Jewelry business.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
