Job Description: 

• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for air and sea freight services to expand business reach.
• Drive sales efforts to increase the customer base for air and sea freight services.
• Conduct regular visits to both new and existing customers to build relationships and offer personalized services.
• Provide competitive quotes, explain transit options, routes, and rates, and follow up to gather feedback.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless shipment handling and timely deliveries.
• Assist customers with freight documentation, ensuring compliance with customs requirements.
• Assist in creating rate offerings and responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for air and sea freight services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
• Prepare and present monthly reports detailing sales and marketing activities.

Qualification: 

• Between 24-27 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 1-3 years of outside sales experience in air and sea freight services
• Knowledge of international freight regulations and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• An own car and driving license are a must.
• Fluent in English Communication
