- Maintaining computer networks including switches, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.
- Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems.
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to align with company guidelines or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Installing, configuring, and testing operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking.
- Ensuring the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Knowledge, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Exchange Server, Antivirus Server, and DB Server.
- User Support and Helpdesk Operation.
Oracle Database Admin
- Knowledge in Oracle DBA.
- Oracle Database installation and configuration
- Database maintenance and backup
- Database security and compliance
- Database administration skills and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in hardware and network maintenance roles or Database Administrator (Fresh graduates may be considered).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication in English.
