QA Engineer ( Phetchaburi plant )

QA-OQC
- Perform detailed inspections of outgoing products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities found during inspections.
- Follow SOP for process quality/product quality
- Maintain KPI quality in production
- Conduct Kappa tests to qualify the operator team
- Communicate quality issues and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including production managers and quality assurance teams.
QA-PQE
- Follow SOP for process quality/product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct Kappa tests to qualify the operator team
- Analize manufacturing processes to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
QA-ORT
- Follow the schedule for all reliability lab activities.
- Follow-up on failure analysis for maintenance.
- Analize test data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues related to product reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects or discrepancies.
- Good in English communication skill.
- Computer Proficiency in MS office and Outlook etc.
- 8D Knowledge
- Product/process quality skill
- Experience with reliability test equipment and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, MIL-STD) is a plus.
