- Conduct market and customer research to understand the needs and trends in the plastic industry, such as applications, competitive landscape, and changes in environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new products or improve existing products to meet market and customer demands, including considering plastic properties such as durability, flexibility, and design.
- Plan marketing and sales strategies for plastic products, such as online marketing, advertising, trade shows, and brand development.
- Create and manage content related to plastic products, such as writing product information documents, creating promotional materials, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing strategies and make adjustments based on the results obtained.
- Ensure that plastic products comply with industry standards and relevant legal requirements.
- Have a Chinese language proficiency test result of HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) at level HSK 3 or above.
- Graduate from the Faculty of Engineering, with a major in Polymer Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have an English language test score (TOEIC) of 450 points or above.
