• Support admin and finance work in Thailand such as sending and receiving couriers, parcels & documents, scan documents to headquarter in Malaysia, utilities payment, purchase stationery & pantry foods etc.
• Filling and maintaining all related documents for admin, finance & HR
• Prepare necessary documents for onboarding the new parking employees,
• Administer, update, and maintain employee related letters, documentations, and records
• Advise employees and clients on HR and payroll related matters
• Enroll and terminate employee benefits promptly
• Maintain insurance records for newly hired and resigned employees and verify the insurance invoices
• Deal with grievances and complaints, implementing and executing disciplinary procedures
• Perform full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowances, overtime payment, claims etc. Generate payslip and distribute to employees.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, statutory forms & related payroll documents
• Compile and verify timesheet, OT claims & etc.
• Ensure accurate, timely salary pay-out and compliance with all statutory requirements regarding monthly contribution, deduction, and payment submission
• Prepare relevant monthly reports for submission to a different party
• Liaison with different authorities, consultants, vendors, contract employees & clients
• Work closely with various departments locally & regionally
• Any ad-hoc jobs as required
