สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้
• Perform analytical tasks with minimum supervision, including due diligence, information research, presentation and financial modeling
• Interface with working teams from the client side and, as necessary, among advisors and other department in Merchant Partners
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 5 years' experience in execution of IB transactions with solid IB track records and possess FA license from SEC
• Able to execute various IB transactions from the beginning to completion, eg. debt and equity IPOs, property fund, equity-linked instruments
• Experience in managing and leading junior team members on deal structuring and execution process to meet the specified timelines
• Strong knowledge of SEC/SET rules and regulations and good analytical and financial modeling skills
