- ติดต่อและนำเสนอสินค้า/บริการของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ และออนไลน์
- โทรออกหาลูกค้าเพื่อ แจ้งโปรโมชั่น รวมไปถึงเชิญชวนลูกค้าเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆทางบริษัท
- ให้ข้อมูลสินค้าและตอบคำถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับบริการหรือผลิตภัณฑ์
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและให้บริการหลังการขาย
- จัดทำรายงานผลการขายประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ และอายุ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการโน้มน้าวใจที่ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม MS Office
- มีใจรักงานบริการและความอดทนต่อแรงกดดัน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
