Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support management decisions.
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records according to Thai accounting standards.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.

• ดำเนินการธุรกรรมทางบัญชีทั้งเจ้าหนี้ และลูกหนี้
• ช่วยบันทึกบัญชีแยกประเภท และประนีประนอมบัญชีธนาคาร
• ในกระบวนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน และจัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงิน และจัดทำรายงานเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
• ช่วยในงานจัดเตรียมภาษี และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านภาษี
• เก็บบันทึกบัญชีที่ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีไทย
• ทำงานบัญชีอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thai nationality preferred.

• จบการศึกษา ปวช ปวส หรือระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานบัญชี อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
• เข้าใจหลักการ และแนวทางการบัญชีเป็นอย่างดี
• เชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และทำงานได้อย่างแม่นยำ
• มีทักษะการจัดระเบียบ และบริหารเวลา
• สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งแบบอิสระ และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และทักษะการเข้าสังคม
