Accounting Manager

- Assisting the Accounting Manager to handle day-to-day accounting activities.
- Handle full set of accounts payable and accounts receivable: record payable invoice, process and record payment, process and record receiving.
- Record accruals, prepaid expenses, acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and other adjustments as assigned for month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger in the accounting system.
- Prepare TB, income statements, balance sheets, reconciliations, and Budget vs Actual analysis.
- Monthly account reconciliation and prepare supplementary reporting as assigned.
- Support data and reports for statutory financial month-end and year-end closing.
- Process tax submit and filing: PND 3, PND 53, PND1, VAT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accounting and financial data.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, and other government related to accounting and tax matters.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Age more than 35 years
- At least 5 years
- Experience in accounting or financial closing/ preparation of financial statements for public companies or listed companies.
- Experience in closing accounts and preparing monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements.
- Experience in calculating taxes and filing corporate income tax (Corporate Income Tax / Half-year & Year-end Tax filing).
- Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements or having a CPA certification will be an advantage.
