- Accountable for managing plan production activities across multiple shifts and engineering departments to produce products, that meet established quality, customer service safety, innovation and cost metrics consistent with schedules and policies.
- Monitors maintain attendance and arrange manpower, job allocation for each machine operation and motivate team for discipline control including machine allocation with ensuring machine capacity meeting with standard of manpower capacity for each product operational process.
- Assign work and monitoring M/O to supervisor, Leader and guide the way how to achieve the target.
- Oversees the production of quality products to fulfill customer requirement.
- Controls and effectively utilizes the production & Engineering capacity, manpower, machine, equipment and outside resources through planning, organizing and scheduling to minimize losses, works with the framework of the budget to optimize company profitability.
- Manage the problem with happened during production process and coach up supervisor and leader on problems case solving.
- Manage and control non-confirming product in process and co-ordinate with related department.
- Manage and control the actual working time are following the standard working time and re-check incase of data was not corrected.
- Manage and control Engineering department to ensure that the corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, break down maintenance are efficiency.
- Continuous analysis of current production processes and procedures, proposals for improvements, implementation and follow through of agreed upon changes.
- Support Co-operate and coordinate to comply with Quality system ISO and 5S and the rest to achieve company goal inclusive teamwork participation.
- Control and cooperate in organizing activities such as 5S , Quality System (ISO9001).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
- At least 10 years of related industry experience and 3 years in production operation management.
- Quality system requirement ISO9001, ISO14001,
- Good command of English skill both written and spoken English.
- Hand-on and direct experience in production management such as Line Balancing (Lead time, Takt Time, Cycle Time, Standard Time).
- Have knowledge about Productivity Improvement, Cost Reduction, etc.,
