Quality Assurance Manager

As the Quality Manager, you will be a crucial leader in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our apparel/garment products throughout the entire production process. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our quality control systems, identifying areas for improvement, and leading a team to achieve excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction.

-  Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and standards for all stages of apparel/garment production, from raw materials to finished goods.

- Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

- Identify and analyze quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track their effectiveness.

- Collaborate closely with production, design, and sourcing teams to address quality concerns and implement proactive quality improvement initiatives.

- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with suppliers regarding quality expectations and performance.

- Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Monitor and analyze key quality metrics, prepare regular reports on quality performance, and present findings to management.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement in quality management systems and processes through data analysis and best practices

- Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
